About the tree
Ylang-ylang trees are native to the Philippines, Malaysia and Indonesia. They grow quickly, need a lot of sun to grow and are happiest in tropical forest conditions. They have smooth, shiny green leaves and are often covered in fragrant flowers, which change color as they develop.
