Roasted Chicken and Pineapple Salad with Almonds

5g arugula;

50g roast chicken breast;

2g chopped coriander;

2g of mint;

2g of basil;

70g peeled pineapple;

2g of poppy seeds;

5g of sliced ​​almonds.
