Ingredients:
50g lettuce mix;
5g arugula;
50g roast chicken breast;
2g chopped coriander;
2g of mint;
2g of basil;
70g peeled pineapple;
2g of poppy seeds;
5g of sliced almonds.
Preparation method:
Shred the roast chicken well and mix with the coriander, mint and basil;
Cut the pineapple into slices and place them in a frying pan (without fat) until golden;
On the plate, place the lettuce and arugula mixture and then add the pineapple and chicken;
