3 tablespoons of crushed red cabbage with natural yogurt and garlic (1/2 cabbage + 2
Tablespoons of yogurt + 1 clove of garlic);
1/2 cucumber;
1 medium tomato;
1/2 red onion;
1 teaspoon of chia seeds;
1 tablespoon of pumpkin seeds;
1 drizzle of extra virgin olive oil;
Coriander to taste.
