A quick and simple recipe, with just three ingredients and super tasty? Here you have it: a beautiful strawberry, ginger and chia jam, to enjoy whenever and however you want.
Ingredients:
10 medium strawberries;
2 tablespoons of chia seeds;
1 stalk (1cm) of grated ginger.
Preparation method:
Grind the strawberries in a food processor. Place the strawberry puree in a bowl and add the grated ginger and two tablespoons of chia. Let it thicken, stirring with a spoon. Place in the refrigerator.
Suggestion : serve with rye bread, fresh cheese and jam for a fabulous breakfast or snack.
