A comforting soup. To open this month, we chose a pea and mint cream. The comforting flavor of peas with the freshness of mint are the perfect marriage for days when low temperatures are still felt.
Ingredients:
200g frozen peas; 1 red onion; 2 garlic cloves; 500ml water; 5 mint leaves; 1 spoon of natural Greek yogurt. Preparation method:Roughly chop all the ingredients, place them in a pan and cover with previously heated water. Leave to cook for 25 minutes over low heat;
Remove the pan from the heat and place the contents in a tall glass. Grind everything very well with a magic wand;
Serve warm, with a little Greek yogurt on top.
