A perfect snack and side dish for any occasion.
Ingredients:
Sweet peas;
Oil;
Salt flower;
Fresh black pepper;
Soy sauce (optional).
Preparation method:Wash the peas well and set aside;
Heat a frying pan well, add the peas and drizzle with a drizzle of olive oil;
Sauté for 5 minutes (enough for them to become more tender but without losing their firmness);
Remove from the heat and serve with fleur de sel and freshly ground black pepper. You can replace the fleur de sel with soy sauce.
