This is one of those recipes we make when we suddenly have an unexpected guest for dinner. Light, sweet and with a touch of lemon and tangerine to surprise the palate.
Ingredients (for 5 people):
1 can of light condensed milk (395g);
5 tablespoons of natural yogurt (or whipped cheese);
3 egg whites;
Zest of 1 lemon;
Zest of 1 tangerine;
Wild blackberries to decorate (or other fruit of your choice).
Preparation method:
In a bowl, place the condensed milk, yogurt and lemon and tangerine zest. Separately, beat the egg whites until stiff. Involve the egg whites in the previous mixture;
Divide between several glasses and serve with wild blackberries (or other fruit of your choice).
