A simple, delicious and quick recipe.
Ingredients:
1 chicken breast;
1 small red onion;
1/2 heart cabbage;
1 teaspoon of coconut oil;
1 pinch of curry;
1 pinch of black pepper;
Rosemary to taste;
Pumpkin seeds to taste;
Chia seeds to taste.
Preparation method:Start by browning the onion in a little coconut oil and then cooking the chicken;
Season with rosemary and pepper;
Let it cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until the chicken is golden;
Remove the chicken and onion from the pan and (without washing) add the julienned cabbage (thin strips). Add the curry and sauté well until tender;
Serve the cabbage at the base, the chicken with the onion on top and the pumpkin and chia seeds to complement.
