Did you know that mezze means “meal to share”? Today, we bring you one of these dishes, which can be great for a party appetizer or for a healthy dinner, alone or with friends. This versatile and classic Mediterranean meal is very simple to prepare and promises to surprise. Take note.
Ingredients (for 4 people):
tzatziki sauce ;
1 liter of hummus ;
4 to 6 pitas cut into triangles;
2 cucumbers;
2/3 cherry tomatoes;
¼ red onion;
½ chopped parsley;
1 lemon.
Preparation method:
Cut the cucumbers, tomatoes and onions into small pieces, sprinkle the chopped parsley on top, then squeeze the fresh lemon juice and sprinkle sea salt over the top;
Serve on a large plate with the tzatziki , hummus and hot pita cut into triangles.
