This recipe is simply divine and serves as an excellent snack or breakfast. Easy to make and delicious, as always!
Ingredients (7 yogurts):
1l of cow or goat's milk (preferably organic);
1 natural yogurt (unsweetened);
3 large bananas;
4 tablespoons of ground golden flaxseed;
1 tablespoon of cinnamon;
1 Yogurt bowl (7 cups).
Preparation method:
Gently mix the yogurt with the milk in a bowl. Reserve;
Crush the bananas together with the flaxseed and cinnamon and place a portion in each of the (sterilized) cups in the yogurt maker and pour the previous mixture gently into each cup;
Close the yogurt maker and leave to ferment overnight (8 hours). Remove the yogurts from the yogurt maker, close with the lids and reserve in the refrigerator.
