Ingredients:
230g Brie cheese;
230g Gorgonzola cheese;
170g Colby-Jack cheese, cut into cubes;
170g Gouda cheese;
1/4 melon, cut into thin slices;
2 or 3 baby carrots;
1 watermelon radish, finely sliced;
1 sliced plum;
1 cup of strawberries;
1/2 cup of raspberries;
1/2 cup of beetroot;
1 baguette bread;
rustic rosemary breads;
Oil;
1/4 cup of fresh mint leaves.
Preparation method:
Arrange the cheeses, melon, carrots, radishes, plums, beets, baguette, rustic rosemary breads and olive oil on the plate or on a wooden cheese board. Garnish with mint, if desired.
