We can have salmon rich in omega 3 and essential vitamins in just 15 minutes. A delicious and bittersweet recipe.
Ingredients:
2 slices of fresh salmon;
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley.
For the sauce:
2 tablespoons of olive oil;
Juice of 1/2 lime (2 tablespoons);
1 tablespoon of honey;
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder;
1/4 teaspoon of powdered ginger;
Salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation method:
Mix all the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl;
Place half the sauce in an ovenproof dish and place the salmon slices. Pour the remaining sauce over the steaks and sprinkle with fresh parsley;
Place in the preheated oven at 180°C (without ventilation) for around 15 minutes.
