Homemade Bread: Prepare Yours at Home

In a time as different as the one we are living in, all we want is for us to not lack anything. And there is an essential good that we don't want you to lack: bread on the table.

There are those who say that it is not the bread we eat that is the problem, but rather what we put inside it (butter, cream cheese , various cheeses, among others). Today, we show you how you can prepare bread that, in itself, is already delicious (you won't need to add anything!).

Ingredients:

6 and a half cups of wheat flour;

3 cups of warm filtered water;

1 tablespoon of active dry yeast;

1 and a half tablespoons of salt;

Utensils:

Container with lid;

Wooden spoon.

Preparation method:

Pour the water into the container;

Add the yeast and salt and stir;

Pour in the flour and mix everything, using a tall wooden spoon and place the lid on the container, letting the dough rest for two hours;

Then, preheat the oven to 250 degrees and place a frying pan in the center;

Sprinkle the dough with a little flour and cut it with kitchen scissors, forming four balls. Place the balls in an aluminum pan.

When the oven is ready, add 1 cup of water to the pan. Slide the tray into the oven and bake for 30 minutes;

Let the loaves cool for 30 minutes. Serve alone, or top with tomatoes, fresh basil, crushed garlic and olive oil.
