We suggest a tuna salad: fresh and spicy, for a very spicy day!
Ingredients:
1 fresh tuna loin (100g);
Lettuce and arugula mix (as much as you want);
1 stalk of fresh chilli;
1 stalk of ginger;
Coriander;
1 pinch of salt;
1 tablespoon of cider vinegar;
1 drizzle of olive oil;
1 teaspoon of capers.
Preparation method:
On a platter, place the tuna cut into pieces and season with salt, ginger and a drizzle of olive oil. Reserve;
Heat a grill very well and add the tuna. Grill until medium cooked. Add the chilli and chopped coriander;
Serve on top of a mix of lettuce and arugula seasoned with vinegar and capers.
