This grain is great as a topping for soup or even as a snack while watching a movie! An alternative to popcorn full of sugar.
Ingredients:
1 jar of already cooked grain (400g);
1 teaspoon of smoked paprika (or normal);
1 pinch of fleur de sel;
1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Preparation method:Wash well, drain the grain and place it on a towel to dry for 20 minutes;
Season with paprika and olive oil. Place the mixture on a tray lined with baking paper and bake at 180º for 30 minutes, until crispy and toasted;
You can store the grain in an airtight jar once it has cooled.
