A delicious recipe to serve to friends for an outdoor summer lunch.
Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts;
2 tablespoons of butter;
2 tablespoons of oil;
100g smoked bacon cubes;
1 green pepper;
100g skinless almond kernels;
250g soybean sprouts;
Salt qb;
Ground pepper to taste.
Preparation method:
Clean and cut the chicken breasts into strips;
In a frying pan, add the butter and oil. Add the chicken strips and bacon and let it brown;
Remove the seeds from the pepper, cut into pieces. Add the pepper, almonds and soybean sprouts to the chicken;
Season the mixture with soy sauce, salt and pepper and let it cook;
Serve with white rice or pasta and a salad.
