Ingredients:
80g croutons with olive oil and garlic;
400g of chestnuts;
Celery leaves qb;
1 dessert spoon of salt;
1 tablespoon of olive oil;
1 Onion;
2 garlic cloves.
Preparation method:
In a pan of water, cook all the ingredients, except the croutons and celery leaves. Season with salt and olive oil and, once cooked, grind to obtain a homogeneous puree; Serve with croutons , olive oil, garlic and sliced celery stick.
