Everyone knows, from experience, the importance of a good night's sleep. But unfortunately, for a variety of reasons, it is not always possible to sleep peacefully. Therefore, this meditation aims to help you fall asleep without any surprises.

The first part is Mindful and aims to make us disconnect a little from what worries us, so that there begins to be more tranquility and space for the arrival of sleep which, in this case, is prepared through Creative Relaxation Visualization.

To have in count:

You can listen to the meditation with the intention of falling asleep. Therefore, prepare for bed and place the device (through which you will hear the audio) in a way that it will not disturb you during the night;

If you fall asleep while listening to the meditation and don't listen to it to the end, it doesn't matter. The objective is this;

If you experience a slight increase in heart rate at the beginning of your rest, this is normal, then it goes away.
