Do you want a different breakfast? Far from sweets? Here it is, perfect for those days when we just want something savory in the morning. It's perfect, balanced and delicious.
Ingredients:
2 small beets;
Lime juice;
A pinch of cumin;
A drizzle of olive oil;
1 slice of dark bread;
1 egg;
A bit of salt;
A pinch of pepper;
Capers to taste.
Preparation method:Cut the beets into pieces and place on aluminum foil, seasoned with a drizzle of olive oil;
Wrap and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove the beetroot from the oven and grind it in a food processor until it becomes a paste;
Season with lime juice and cumin and grind again. Toast the bread, spread the hummus and serve with a poached egg, salt, pepper and capers on top!
