Per recommended daily intake:Bulking agents (maltitol, isomalt, water); Apple cider vinegar powder (500mg); Gelling agent (Pectins); Acidity regulators (citric acid, sodium citrates); Dye (black carrot extract); Aromas (natural apple flavor, maple syrup, pepper); Dry extract of ginger root (Zingiber officinale) (2mg).

How to take

Take 1 gummy, twice a day, before main meals. It is recommended to take it for at least 3 months.
Chew like normal gum without water.
