Ingredients (for 4 people):
425g of wild fruits;
215g agave jelly;
200g of water;
5 gelatin sheets;
900g of natural yogurt.
Preparation method:
Cook the berries with the agave jelly for approximately 10 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside;
Hydrate the gelatine leaves in 200g of cold water for at least 5 minutes. Drain the gelatine leaves and place in the microwave to melt.
Add the gelatin to the berry coulie and mix well until the gelatin is dissolved;
Add the yogurt and mix until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
