We suggest an oat pancake option that is lactose-free and has no added sugar. An excellent choice to stay in line and not commit sins (at least this time!).
Ingredients (8 units):
240g egg white;
3 medium eggs;
240g peeled banana;
120g of oat flakes;
60g oat flour;
Cinnamon powder to taste;
12g baking powder;
Butter for greasing qb
Preparation method:
Prepare the pancake dough: place all the ingredients in a container and grind them with a hand blender until you obtain a homogeneous, lump-free mixture;
Heat a small non-stick frying pan and add the dough, letting the pancakes brown on both sides;
Serve the pancakes with any toppings you like.
