A summer recipe for papaya lovers.
Ingredients:
1 medium papaya;
160g of natural Greek yogurt;
30g sliced strawberries;
16g of granola;
Lime slices to decorate.
Preparation method:
Cut the papaya in half and remove the seeds;
Fill each half with yogurt;
Arrange the sliced strawberry, followed by the granola;
Decorate each papaya boat with lime wedges.
Note: you can replace the Greek yogurt with soy or coconut yogurt for a lactose-free meal. Vary the strawberries with fresh red fruits.
