When you wake up in a hurry in the morning, there is a certain calming power in having breakfast in the fridge ready to go. This one is special, as it contains buckwheat and a super nutritious grain, rich in high-quality protein, gluten-free.
Prepare the day before and place in a jar with whatever ingredients you have on hand.
Ingredients:
70g of buckwheat;
100ml of water;
1 pinch of cinnamon;
3 tablespoons of natural yogurt;
1 teaspoon of red fruit compote;
Raspberries to taste;
Roasted almonds to taste;
1 strand of honey.
Preparation method:
Place the buckwheat in a glass and cover with water (minimum 1 hour). Drain and wash the buckwheat well so that the slimy film (created when it is soaked) comes off well;
Place the buckwheat, water and cinnamon in a crusher and mix until it becomes mush;
In a glass jar, place the jam, the previously made porridge, the yogurt, the raspberries, the almonds and the honey drizzle.
