A healthy and fresh snack like this. Could it be?
Ingredients:
For the parfait :
1 natural yogurt of 125g;
2 tablespoons of banana and almond granola;
1 sliced peach;
1 strand of honey.
For the banana and almond granola (measured in cups):
2 cups of oats;
1 cup of sunflower seeds;
1/2 cup of almonds with skin;
1/2 cup of sliced almonds;
1 banana;
1 tablespoon of olive oil;
1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder.
Preparation method:
Preheat the oven to 170º. Start by crushing the banana with a tablespoon of water in a crusher until it becomes mush. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients and mix well until the mixture is moist;
Place the mixture on a baking dish lined with parchment paper and bake for approximately 15/20 minutes. Stir occasionally to brown everything evenly. When the house starts to smell good and the granola is golden brown, turn off the oven and let it cool in the oven;
Remove and place in an airtight jar;
Serve in glasses with a layer of yogurt, a layer of granola and a layer of sliced peach, with a drizzle of honey on top.
