Ingredients (for 6 people):
1 cup of ground almonds;
4 tablespoons of apple juice;
2 cups of wheat flour;
4 tablespoons of olive oil;
1/2 teaspoon of anise;
1/2 cup of rice syrup;
1 teaspoon of cinnamon;
1 teaspoon of sesame seeds;
1/2 ground flax seed.
Preparation method:
Mix all the ingredients to form a homogeneous dough;
Place the mixture between 2 sheets of baking paper and knead until 1 cm thick;
Cut and place everything on a baking tray lined with baking paper;
Add sesame seeds on top;
Bake at 180ºC for 15 minutes.
