An unconventional and very tasty butter to spread on bread. Without a doubt, a healthier alternative to industrialized spreads and jams with large amounts of refined sugar.
Ingredients:
1 cup of roasted or cooked pumpkin pulp;
Drops of ¼ lemon;
2 teaspoons maple/agave/date syrup or honey;
1 tablespoon of melted coconut oil;
½ teaspoon of cinnamon;
¼ teaspoon of each of the following powdered spices: ginger, cardamom, fennel, nutmeg and cloves.
Preparation method:
In a bowl, crush the pumpkin, add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Place in the refrigerator in a closed container and consume within five days.
